We offer a money-back guarantee!

We guarantee that every item we list will work for 30 days, unless otherwise stated, and with the exceptions below. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returns or replacements.

If you need to make a claim, please contact us (be sure to include your order number, usually the eBay item number).

Warranty exceptions: Our standard warranty does not apply to ENGINES, DIFFERENTIALS, TRANSFER CASES, AIRBAGS AND AIRBAG-RELATED PARTS, BRAKE CALIPERS, MASTER CYLINDERS, OR TRANSMISSIONS. We will only warranty these items if they are installed by a factory trained and certified mechanic, and appropriate documentation can be provided.

Returns

If you wish to return your order for any reason other than warranty or damage and/or without giving us the opportunity to repair or replace the item in question, we will charge a 25% restocking fee or $9, whichever is greater. Shipping costs are non-refundable on these elective returns.
