Q: Will this item fit my car?
A: Please be sure to read our description very carefully before
contacting
us about interchange. We put all the information we have in
our item listings. Also be sure to check the part number and pictures.
Q: I want to call and talk to some one, Where is your phone
number?

Q: I need a part that is not listed in your eBay store, what
do I do?
A: Please contact

Q: I live out side of the US and would like to have an item
shipped to me, is it possible?
A: We can ship internationally with the Ebay Global Shipping Program. Please contact
us if you would like to purchase an item so we can send you a link to the item on Ebay.
Q: I need to return an item. What do I do and where do I send
it?
A: Please contact
us before making any returns. All returns must be accompanied
by an RMA number for return and the item number from your transaction.
Any return sent back with out any information will be charged a
25% restocking fee.
Q: I received my product damaged. What do I do?
A: In the rare event of an item being damaged in transit we
require you agree to the following terms: All packaging must be
saved. You will surrender the item to the shipping company for
inspection. We must be notified within 5 business days of arriving
damaged. If any of these terms are not satisfied no refund can be
issued.
Q: How do you calculate shipping costs?
A: Our shipping and handling charges for items sold on our auctions
are combined to ensure the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most
of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of
high quality packing materials, item testing, and the time to create
custom packaging for many of our items.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped
to addresses in California. Currently, we collect 8.00% of the final
auction price.
Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation
of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to
our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your
shipment. Please note, tracking numbers are assigned before our
carrier actually picks up your shipment. Tracking links may take
up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: For most of our listings, we provide ground shipping. Please
contact us
if you need your item shipped faster.
Q: What do I do if my shipment never arrived?
A: Please allow up to 8 business days for your item to be delivered.
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment by email within
48 hours of purchase (weekends and holidays excluded). Please contact
us if your item is not delivered within this time frame or if
the tracking notes a delivery issue.
